【原创】Proxifier PE2.91汉化版

2.91出来很长时间了，一出来就我汉化了，不过觉得和前面的版本没什么差别一直没放出来，昨天我群里的朋友索要，那就发下吧，感兴趣的就用用吧。详细说明见网络资料或者其他相关帖子！

这个好像和程序冲突的，开了这个，开qq 旺旺 迅雷都出错

有冲突的也是原版就有的，和汉化无关。其实用老版就可以了，见我的http://www.thinkpad.cn/forum/thread-624764-1-1.html

我的就是这个版本,下了好久了,旺旺没冲突,俺酷qq2009 有冲突,换2010版传美版就正常了.
