【请教】NC6400能播放h.264 1080高清吗？

昨天下了个h.264 1920*1080高清，机子放的时候有些卡。我机子配置t5600 ati1300独显、1440*900屏。
机子是裸跑，不存在其它软件占CPU的情况，播放器是VLC-119。不知用NC6400的大虾们存不存在这情况，求解

看码率的，像鸭子飞这种BT码率，没有硬解4核也搞不定，普通码率T5600可以搞定
