不可能吧，很早05卡补卡条件就是卡密和身份证双重验证，我感觉河南卡最安全和蛋疼了！

八月份支付宝买的河南平顶山05A。。担保交易。。现在用着挺好的。。

河南人口数量多。。所以个类相比也就多了！！！！

前年买的，感觉河南05动感卡最安全了，身份证实名过户，补卡必须身份证
还便宜，我买时才300多包过户，性价比很高
郑州的卡每年两次存套餐送套餐，不上网的话每月只要8块钱，送200条短信
