本人在论坛的ftp下载了hp 的平板系统，安装过程中出现了“找不到 viaidexp.sys”的提示，然后系统无法安装。请问怎样解决。

如果不行就换个内存试试，安装时候挑内存得很

无法忽略，换内存故障依旧。
