Step 4 - Turn laptop over.Most laptops have a screw that secures the CD/DVD drive into the drive bay.Consult your Owner's Manual for the location of this screw, and remove.   After removal of the screw, you will be able to slide the CD/DVD drive out of the drive bay.TIP: if you are having difficulty pulling the CD/DVD drive out, use the edge of a plastic credit cart to help loosen the drive.

Step 5 - Most CD/DVD drives will have a small bracket attached to the back of the drive.Remove the bracket (oftentimes these are secured with two screws).   This small metal bracket will be transfered to the OBHD caddy.

Step 6 - Attach the small bracket you just removed from the CD/DVD drive to the OBHD caddy.

Step 7 - Insert OBHD into laptop and secure at the bottom with the screw that came with the laptop.

标准的光驱接口哎，，，应该是9mm 的标准光驱接口的硬盘盒就可以用，找不到的话，弄个12mm的，自己打磨下，很easy 的了

我的nc6400 硬盘盒，就是原先12mm 的用刀割掉上面一圈，接上光驱接头用的

为什么不行？ 问的谁？ 呵呵

接口应该是一样的，最多就是sata 或者pata 的问题，，不过2510p 上sata 硬盘肯定不会有问题的


对了，这种接口，千万不要热插拔，热插拔铁定要完蛋

不过仔细看看图，确实有点奇怪的，上的sata 硬盘，电路板上还有个芯片，的确有点怪



你慢慢等吧，，呵呵，，，换了我的话，就买个普通的托架回来折腾一下看看:D

把原来的1.8寸硬盘拆掉就可以用了。只能用一个硬盘，应该是光驱位硬盘盒控制芯片有问题。原装的就不会有问题。
