用pe自带的代理服务器检测代理用的https10.0.0.172 80 ，结果显示： 是不是成都的移动把172的https协议封了？但是我直接用用172可以上https的网站，比如登陆淘宝，支付宝等。请问，我还能用pe么？？

同学，我就是成都卡，没有限制哦·····你还需要找一个HTTP代理才行·····

没有限制
成都移动除了限速，其他没大的限制
