Drive Fitness Test正版哪有下载？

用百度搜到一个，下载安装在软盘中，用软盘重启机子后，屏幕出现starting pc dos...后软盘不停的转，但是屏幕却不动（20分钟！），只好关机！后发现软盘里有ASPI,DATA,DFT,DOS四个文件夹，但是没有论坛上所说的autoeexec.bat,command.com,config.sys,ibmbio.com,ibmdos.com5个文件。
看来是安装程序的问题
在ibm网站只找到一个在线安装，哪有Drive Fitness Test的下载链接呢

看来安装并没问题
有一个readme文件，其中有
Restart the system with the DFT diskette in the floppy drive.
   NOTE: ThinkPad T2* and A2* series machines will not boot from a USB Floppy (FDD).
   You must use the FDD in the system's Ultrabay slot. After the License Screen,
you will see the DFT's main menu screen.
光软互换的软盘是不是Ultrabay slot的呢，有没有t系列的兄弟用过Drive Fitness Test？求救！

可以检测和修复硬盘坏道
听说效率源程序更好，但同样要用软盘启动，也是启动进不去，死机
现在这个问题解决了
在dos下格式化，就可以启动dft，效率源还没试过
但为何要在dos下格才行呢
