ENHANCEMENTS:
- Updates the VeriSign G1.5 and G5 root certificate hash images (included in
the ME firmware) that are used for Intel Remote Configuration provisioning.
Recent security vulnerabilities discovered in the MD2 signing algorithm led
VeriSign to update its G1 root certificate algorithm with a new MD2 hash,
creating the G1.5 root certificate.

- Provides digest credential caching of the ME network stack over secure
channel connections (Transport Layer Security - TLS). This operation improves
the interaction with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM),
which sends multiple commands through TLS, but expects to send authentication
only during the first command exchange. Additional command operations through
the same TLS connection are validated without requesting additional
credentials.

- Enables remote keyboard/video/mouse (KVM) support for 1920 x 1080 dpi, to
support Intel Active Management Technology (AMT) remote problem resolution
operations at the higher screen resolution.

FIXES:
- Fixes an issue where AMT KVM sessions are unable to correctly transmit video
and the connection is terminated when color depth is changed while the system
is in a low-power state.

- Fixes an issue where initiating an AMT KVM session to DOS only transmits the
upper screen information to the remote console.

- Fixes a rare issue where the AMT administrative password for a provisioned
machine is reset to the factory default after ME firmware initialization.

- Fixes a warm-boot issue that occurs when AMT is disabled through the
Management Engine BIOS Extension (MEBx) menu screens. Some systems have
experienced power cycles when attempting warm reboots.
