该软件包可为采用 68SVD 系列 ROM 的兼容笔记本电脑提供系统 BIOS (ROM) 镜像文件。该软件包用于在支持的笔记本电脑上刷新系统 ROM。

该软件包提供了以下更新 BIOS 版本的方法：

- 使用 HPQFlash 实用程序在 Microsoft Windows 操作系统环境中直接更新 BIOS。
- 创建可引导的 USB Key 来更新系统 BIOS。
- 使用 System Software Manager (SSM) 通过网络在电脑上更新系统 BIOS。

注意： 要确定 ROM 系列和 ROM 日期，请在笔记本电脑启动过程中按 F10 键，运行 BIOS 设置实用程序，然后查看“File/System Information”

改进了 UEFI 代码和变量的安全性。HP 强烈建议及时转换至此更新的 BIOS 版本，此版本可替换所有之前的版本。

注意： 由于安全功能变化，安装完该 BIOS 更新后，将无法重新安装以前的版本。

看样子4.0以前的版本可以支持1600的内存

惠普这2B的限制，我的到手是F.41，手贱刷了F.50，没法刷回去了。
不过8570w也快到了，60给家人用了。

F.29, F.28,F.40,F.41我都刷过，不支持1600的内存，楼主不用后悔了。

原来bios F 03。。没更新前cpu待机38度，更新后待机45度，，后悔。。是更新后风扇默认转速变低了吗？？。。

到底8560w有没有办法支持1600内存啊？刚买了4根8G 1600内存，结果一测只运行在1333.难道老版本的bios真的可以支持1600？手贱，机器到了就直接从03升到了F60.怎么也不会想到hp会干这种事啊
