我的600出了严重问题，请各位大虾指点指点：
1。启动几分钟后黑屏，左上屏显示 111 加 ？？？？？
2。测主板显示如下代码：DEV 001，ERR 91，FRU 3610

感谢xiujma的详细解释，我的BB在2002年买来以后就出现测内存出错，我想这应该是板载内存的故障，明天试试把它卸下来先。
顺便问一下，在BIOS里测主板显示的错误代码DEV 001 ，  ERR 91 ， FRU 3610是什么意思。谢谢！

今天，拿到一个ＩＢＭ６００Ｅ，启动ＸＰ，蓝屏。开机时，按Ｆ２，ＴＥＳＴ，ＳＹＳＴＥＭ　ＢＯＡＲＤ　出现跟楼主　一样的出错代码。也是
DEV 001 ERR 91 FRU 3610 .
另外，ＭＥＭＯＲＹ　出现　DEV 002 ERR 22 FRU 0020　的代码。不知道是哪儿出问题了。
