Outlook® 2007 Update for Palm OS Devices

[td=1,1,10] [td=1,1,1] [td=1,1,9] [td=1,1,393]If you use Microsoft® Office Outlook® 2007 on Windows XP or Windows Vista, you'll need this update to perform HotSync operations with Outlook's Calendar, Contacts, Tasks and Notes, as well as optional non-wireless Email sync. The software on this page is added to existing installations of Palm Desktop and HotSync Manager.

Do I need this update?
DO install this update if you: Sync with Outlook 2007 on Windows Vista or Windows XP Have Palm OS device

1 - If you use a third-party sync application, please contact the third-party developer or vendor to learn what you need to do for synchronization with Outlook 2007.
2 - We recommend performing periodic HotSync operations through the USB sync cable, in order to back up items that are not synchronized during Exchange ActiveSync synchronization. These items include add-on software and system settings.
Installation requirements
Palm device requirements Any Palm OS device. From the original 1996 Palm Pilot to our most recent device. - Warning: This update is not required for Windows Mobile devices such as Treo 750 or Treo 700wx.
System requirements Outlook 2007 installed on desktop PC. This update is intended for Outlook 2007 on Windows Vista or Windows XP. Palm Desktop and HotSync Manager on desktop PC. This update is added to existing installations of Palm Desktop and HotSync Manager. Need Palm Desktop software? Get it here. Windows Vista or Windows XP. This update does not apply to Mac OS. - 10 MB free space on desktop PC. The installer is 9MB, and the files it installs are about 0.2MB. You can delete the installer after you've run the software.
Download & Install
Download palmoutlook2007conduits.zip (7.2 MB WinZip compressed file)
Decompress the downloaded file to a temporary folder, using one of these decompression utilities: WinZip, StuffIt, PKZIP, or Windows default. One file will be decompressed: Setup.exe. Double-click on Setup.exe to start the installer. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the Outlook 2007 Update. [td=1,1,20] [td=1,1,393] |
